Useful things to put in the first message, if you have them:
the process, roughly how many people touch it, roughly how many times a day it happens, and which
systems it writes to. That is enough for us to come to the call with something specific.
Engagement shapes
- Assessment — 1–2 weeks. We count the work, rank it, and hand you a costed
automation roadmap. Fixed fee. Yours to take anywhere.
- Pilot — ~30 days. One action type, in production, through level 2 of the ladder,
with the measurement to prove it.
- Build — 8–16 weeks. The full practice: multiple action types, the queue,
the ledger, the ladder, and your team trained to run it.
- Retained — ongoing. New action types, model changes, quarterly audit of the
ledger and thresholds.
Working arrangements
- Remote-first, US hours, occasional onsite for discovery
- C2C, 1099 or W2 — whatever your procurement prefers
- MSA, SOW, NDA and COI ready to sign; we can work through a VMS
- Your repos, your cloud, your model vendor. We do not resell inference and we do not
hold your data
- Typical turnaround on a signed SOW: one business day to kickoff
